Processes:

• CNC Bending - Our CNC bending machines are state of the art and enable us to produce the most complex shapes to meet customer specifications.

• Measuring Equipment - Advanced computerised measuring facilities, linked to CNC bending equipment ensures components of a consistently high quailty.
  
• Power Presses - We offer presswork and a fabrication facility with presses ranging from 3 to 60 tonne

• Welding & Brazing - We can provide a range of welding facilities including Tig, Electrical Arc and Mig Welding and Brazing.  This encompasses the fabrication of aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, brass and copper.

•  End Forming Machines - We have an extensive range of end forming machines that can produce a wide range of complex products.

• Pressure Testing - We offer pressure testing where required
  
• Podwer Coating - We have close links with a powder coating company called Top Coat Wales Limited who are able to offer high quality powder coating on all products.

• Assembly Work - We are set up to undertake assembly work

• Cutting, Drilling, Punching, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Piercing, Packaging to customer specification, Chroming and Laser Cutting.
